Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our products are covered by a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use or handling is not covered.

Yes. Each design is produced in small batches or made to order to maintain quality and careful production.

We use PLA, PETG, and steel, selected for durability, safety, and long term use.

How do I change the light bulb?
Disconnect the lamp from power and allow it to cool. Replace the bulb from the top by unscrewing the existing bulb and installing a compatible one. No disassembly is required.

Which light bulbs are compatible?
E27 LED bulbs (EU)
E26 LED bulbs (US and Japan)
Use LED bulbs only and ensure the bulb matches the voltage and maximum wattage listed on the product page.
